This policy explains how MORTY Audio Lab delivers digital audio services and final files.
MORTY Audio Lab does not ship physical products. All services and final files are delivered digitally. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
No physical delivery
No physical items will be posted or couriered. This means:
- No postage fees
- No courier fees
- No physical tracking number
- No printed materials
- No discs, USB drives, or physical masters unless separately agreed in writing
Digital service delivery
MORTY Audio Lab provides remote mixing, mastering, editing, and release preparation services. All work is carried out digitally using files supplied by the client. There are no physical shipping costs.
How files are delivered
Final files are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- Download link
- Cloud storage link
- File transfer service
- Shopify order email or digital delivery method, where available
The delivery method will depend on file size, project type, and the most suitable option at the time of delivery.
What is usually delivered
Final delivery usually includes:
- 24-bit WAV master
- High-quality MP3 reference copy
Other versions may be supplied if agreed before work starts, including instrumental, radio edit, clean edit, club master, pre-master, alternative loudness version, and stem export. Only versions agreed as part of the booking will be supplied.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the booking type, project complexity, file quality, revision needs, and current workload. Typical turnaround is agreed after the track and files have been reviewed, so the timeframe reflects the work needed.
A half-day or full-day booking gives focused working time on the track. It does not mean the work will be rushed to force delivery if more time is genuinely needed. If extra time is required, this will be discussed clearly before further work continues.
Client file delivery
The client is responsible for sending the correct files before work starts. This may include:
- Rough bounce
- Stems or stereo WAV
- BPM and key
- Reference tracks
- Project notes
- Required export formats
Late, missing, incorrect, distorted, clipped, or incomplete files may delay the final delivery.
File access
Once final files are sent, the client should download and back them up as soon as possible. Download links may expire depending on the file transfer or cloud service used. If a link expires, contact hello@mortylabs.store and request the files again, where they are still available.
Revisions
One revision round is included unless agreed otherwise. Revision files will also be delivered digitally by email, download link, cloud storage link, or file transfer service. Extra revision rounds may require additional paid time.
Delivery issues
If you have trouble accessing, downloading, or opening the delivered files, contact hello@mortylabs.store as soon as possible and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Track title
- The issue you are having
- The file or link affected
Any personal data submitted in connection with a delivery issue is handled in accordance with the MORTY Audio Lab Privacy Policy.
Dispute resolution
If a delivery issue cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For governing law, see the Terms of Service.
